I cannot wait for iOS 5!!! I really hope the cloud takes over the role of iTunes in the area of file syncing, updating, etc. And we see a new maps application! Just those two would be great, but I know they'll be more! :)

It looks like AT&T automatically applied the Unlimited Mobile to Any Mobile feature on my account. I've always had the 450 minute plan, unlimited texting, and unlimited data ($89.99 not including my corp. discount). I logged in and the Features page displayed Unlimited texting with no mention of Unlimited Mobile to Any Mobile. Then I went to the calling plan page and it appears to have already been added.

If both your son and his gal are over 18, then yes. If you think about it, you don't really have that much say in the matter. If he wants to, he's a consenting adult. However, if you don't want him to, then just hint that you're not happy with it

Who needs a phone with a touch screen? Unless Apple wants to only sell a $500+ phone which most people would not throw down the cash for, this will most likely never happen.
Just imagine what the cost of one of these screens would cost, and how much it would cost to get replaced if it broke.

No, it's just principle. Some people just need to be "removed" from the world. It's as simple as that. Like if you rape a baby for example, i think you pretty much just stripped yourself of your right to be alive. Euthanize them like a dog, why not? And also, you don't know if some judge 50 years in the future will release them for good behavior and so they can "die in peace".
And what about the person who is accused of raping a baby and is later exonerated? If they are executed then the state has murdered an innocent person, but if they have life in prison then you can make it right. And locking them up in prison for life does remove them from the world as they are never getting out.

As a ballroom dancer, my partner and I have to listen to the same music but can't both be teathered to ear buds. With a 4g Itouch playing to her bluetooth headset, would I also get a signal out of the headphones port so that I remain teathered to the buds, or does that port get turned off when BT is in operation?
OR, does ayone know if the Itouch can talk to two BT headphones at the same time?

Without a reciept or without a reciept from an authorized dealer, Apple would still have to provide warranty service from the manufacture date.
Doubtful since their warranty does not transfer to a second hand buyer. If I were to buy an iPod and then sell it on ebay a few weeks later the new owner would not be covered.

So I found these on Intel's site, but I assume these are not the Sandybridge Xeons that everyone is saying will be in the next MacPros? What's the difference?

Is there a reason those charts in the opening post have to be so large?
It makes it look like they mean something. Bigger and brighter means more important and more relevant. Having those big, bright graphics in your face helps you ignore the myriad other factors, both prominent and subtle, in the larger picture.
